Apartment Maintenance Technician
Location: Wayne, MI
Pay: $21/hr | Schedule:
- Monday & Thursday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
- Tuesday & Friday: 8:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Wednesday: Off
- Assignment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Job Responsibilities
- Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and appliances
- Complete work orders promptly and professionally
- Assist with preventative maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
Qualifications
- Previous apartment maintenance experience required
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems preferred
- Must have reliable transportation and tools
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
