Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding team in Oklahoma . This role is crucial in delivering exceptional ABA services and enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Conduct assessments and design behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to promote meaningful progress.
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and other staff members.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to interventions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical and professional standards.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification – required
  • Oklahoma Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification – required
  • Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA therapy
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based services
