CFO

$200,000-$250,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Greater Phoenix, AZ (hybrid schedule)

This role provides broad leadership over all financial and accounting operations, from strategic planning to daily execution, while guiding the organization through continued growth. Responsibilities include:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range modeling for the organization.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, treasury, and cash flow management.
• Support strategic direction by evaluating performance, assessing risks, and guiding key initiatives.
• Manage capital needs, banking relationships, and funding decisions to support growth.
• Ensure strong controls and compliance while developing the finance team and improving processes.

Requirements:

• CPA required
• Real Estate experience preferred
