We're growing and looking for talented Commercial Roofing Foremen to join our team! You'll be responsible for leading and supervising a roofing team, making sure installations are completed safely and effectively, and meeting customer expectations and project specifications.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and training a workforce of eight to ten individuals and making sure they are working to maximize safety, service, and quality standards.
- Lead and instruct the crew in field applications, collaborate with the field supervisor, and interact with management and consumers.
- In charge of time sheets and documentation.
- Capable of working in a team to safely and efficiently install a high-quality roof.
Qualifications
- A minimum of ten years or more of commercial roofing experience
- Practical understanding of safety regulations and commercial/industrial roofing practices.
- Outstanding interpersonal, analytical, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizing abilities.
- Experience with standing seam metal, shingles, SBS modified, and single-ply membranes.
- A current state driver's license with a spotless record.
- Capable of working in a group setting.
- Bilingual is a plus but not required.

Pay range: $45+ per hour
