Here’s the work you get to do:

  • Responsible for calculating the material that is required for a construction project or any other type of manufacturing project utilizing our estimating software (Planswift).
  • Review necessary construction documents and consult with professionals to ensure the highest quality of work.
  • Participate in daily team strategy and workload meetings and weekly company goal meetings.
  • Occasionally visit job sites to work with our Field Team to achieve optimal assemblies and results.
  • Learn and work with proprietary scheduling and communicative software.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (e.g., in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or Supply Chain Management), but not required.
  • Entry-level candidates welcome; we're open to training individuals with little to no experience, including recent graduates.
  • Working knowledge of residential construction, business processes, and software systems is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask with strong prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Balance of urgency and quality in all tasks.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and technical communication skills.
  • Natural process improvement-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday Work Location: Remote or On-Site
