🔍 We’re Hiring: Construction Integration Manager – Hyperscale Data Centers (OSP/ISP)

💼 About the Role

Our client is seeking a Construction Integration Manager to act as the field-level integration lead for hyperscale data center projects, focusing on both Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP) systems. This strategic role bridges design, engineering, and construction execution—ensuring seamless delivery of mission-critical connectivity infrastructure.

You will drive alignment across cross-functional teams, resolve field challenges, and oversee the delivery of fiber, copper, pathway, and telecom infrastructure that powers some of the world’s most advanced data centers.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end integration of OSP/ISP systems through all construction phases

• Coordinate scope and execution with design, engineering, and construction teams

• Lead planning meetings and provide technical guidance on fiber, copper, and pathway design

• Oversee installation of telecom rooms, cable trays, conduits, and structured cabling systems

• Monitor project progress, resolve field issues, and maintain schedule integrity

• Ensure compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and local regulations

• Partner with vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery

• Support commissioning, validation, and turnover of OSP/ISP systems to operations teams

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in construction integration or telecom infrastructure

• Hyperscale data center experience strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of OSP/ISP systems, fiber optics, structured cabling, and pathway design

• Familiarity with BICSI, TIA/EIA standards, and local permitting

• Proven ability to lead cross-discipline coordination and manage complex schedules

• Strong problem-solving and field decision-making capabilities

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Knowledge of electrical systems: power distribution, grounding, life safety, fire alarm, controls, security, lighting, generators, UPS, switchgear, and battery systems
