Job Description

As our Associate Creative/Graphic Designer or Creative/Graphic Designer (depending on your experience), you’ll bring creative ideas to life across print and digital platforms—designing everything from catalogs and collateral to direct mail and web graphics. You’ll collaborate with creative leaders to produce visually compelling work that reflects our brand, supports marketing goals, and drives results.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

• Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
  • Associate Creative/Graphic Designer: $52,000 - $65,520, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • Creative/Graphic Designer: $58,656 - $75,078, plus annual bonus opportunity.
    
• 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Create visually compelling, on-brand designs from concept to final production.
• Collaborate with business partners and creative teammates to develop fresh, strategic ideas across multiple channels — print, digital, direct mail, social media, video layout and more.
• Translate business objectives into clear, engaging design solutions.
• Maintain brand consistency through expert layout, typography and visual hierarchy.
• Present and articulate your creative ideas confidently to stakeholders.
• Manage production details and vendor coordination, including press checks and proofing.
  

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of professional design experience in a creative or marketing environment.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator - Mac-based required).
• Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and maintain high design standards.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills.
