Community healthcare facility looking to bring on Director HR!

MUST have been a HR Director in title. MUST have a Bachelor’s Degree. Healthcare experience and union experience are strongly preferred.

Responsible for coordinating and directing the Co-worker Relations programs and functions. Primary responsibility for co-worker relations to include, personnel administration, policy and procedure development, wage and salary structure development, and compliance for Human Resource functions.

Qualifications:

• Healthcare experience strongly preferred
• Union experience strongly preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited college or university in Business, Public Relations, or Human Resources.
• SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED. Master’s degree Preferred.
• MUST have been a HR Director in title.
