The Opportunity

We’re seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with 4+ years of experience ready to take on high-impact work in a truly national practice. This is a rare opportunity to collaborate with leading trial lawyers and policy shapers on complex employment disputes while maintaining a culture that values integrity, creativity, and balance.

Your caseload will include class and representative actions, single-plaintiff litigation, and strategic counseling across California and beyond.

What You’ll Do

  • Defend leading employers in class, collective, and representative (PAGA) actions.
  • Manage discovery and motion practice on significant, high-stakes cases.
  • Take and defend depositions, and appear in mediations and hearings.
  • Work directly with clients to align litigation strategy with business goals.
  • Collaborate with nationally recognized partners who are at the forefront of employment law.

What You Bring

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Active California Bar membership (or pending admission).
  • 4+ years of employment litigation experience, ideally in class or PAGA defense.
  • Strong knowledge of California and federal employment law.
  • Excellent writing, analysis, and communication skills.
  • Confidence, initiative, and a desire to perform at an elite level.
