Job Description:

The Manufacturing Engineer will apply engineering principles to support manufacturing workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure quality and reliability across production and inspection operations. This role requires interpreting technical documentation and supporting routing, layout, and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze time, motion, and operational methods to establish standard production rates and identify efficiency improvements.
• Review engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation; collaborate with engineering or management to define quality and reliability standards.
• Verify logs, processing sheets, and specification documents meet quality assurance requirements.
• Assist in planning daily work assignments considering performance, machine capability, schedules, and potential delays.
• Prepare documentation such as charts, diagrams, workflow maps, routing sheets, and floor layout visuals.

Skills:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to create sketches, engineering drawings, and perform necessary technical computations.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
• Experience with CAD or related engineering software.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 0-2 years of related experience.
