Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop daily lesson plans and activities for KG students aligned with school standards
• Lead engaging classroom activities like free play, circle time, hands-on learning, arts & crafts, music, and storytime
• Monitor each child’s progress socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually, and maintain progress records
• Maintain a well-organized, clean, and stimulating classroom environment appropriate for KG children
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with parents to discuss student development  
• Manage classroom behavior using positive strategies and age-appropriate techniques
• Supervise children safely both in the classroom and on the playground

Requirements :

• MUST have a B.Ed in Early Childhood Education (NOT Acceptable
• MUST have a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
• Valid teaching license and certification
• Fluency in English; Arabic an advantage 
• Strong understanding of childhood development theories and pre-primary pedagogy
• Patience, energy, creativity, and love for children
