Position Overview:

We seek an experienced finance professional with comprehensive finance operations expertise to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our US financial activities. You will lead payment approvals, contract review, revenue financial processing, and oversee outsourced finance functions. Additionally, you will develop management reporting and serve as a key finance business partner for US operations.

Core Responsibilities:

• Accounting Operations
• Manage full-cycle accounting: journal entries, booking, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closings.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Maintain general ledger and chart of accounts; ensure proper classification and documentation of transactions.
• Support financial reporting, variance analysis, and coordination with other departments to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
• Compliance & Internal Controls
• Ensure accounting practices comply with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and enhance internal control procedures, including payroll and contract review.
• Oversee documentation accuracy, approval workflows, and system controls; identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and controls.
• Tax Coordination
• Work closely with external tax advisors to support timely and accurate tax filings.
• Review tax-related documentation and provide necessary financial data and clarifications.
• Reporting & Analysis
• Generate financial reports for internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to support business decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting is required; knowledge of tax regulations is preferred.
• Experience in a similar industry or company environment is preferred.
• Experience in 0–1 accounting practice is a bonus.

The base salary for this role can range from $60,000 to $150,000 based on a full-time work schedule. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
