Summary YaYa’s Yuniversity is seeking a dedicated and experienced Infant/Toddler Teacher to join the team. The ideal candidate is passionate about young scholars.
Duties -Supervise scholars and provide a safe and caring learning environment at all times
-Create weekly lesson plans
-Observe, document, and evaluate scholar's progress
-Communicate effectively with families through Brightwheel
-Establish and enforce positive behavioral expectations
-Use a variety of teaching methods, including hands on activities, storytelling, and creative expression
-Assist with basic needs, such as diapering and hygiene
-Prepare and organize mealtimes
-Attend professional development workshops (at least 30 ECE hours per year)
Requirements -High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
-Center base experience working with toddlers
-A team-orientated player with a positive, professional attitude
Nice To Haves -A relevant degree or certificate in early childhood education or related field is often preferred
