Technical Recruiter (Entry-Level) – Bellevue, WA (Hybrid)

Protingent is hiring an entry-level Technical Recruiter to join our team! No recruiting experience needed — we’ll train you. We’re looking for someone highly motivated, energetic, and ready to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Source, screen, and engage Engineering & IT candidates
  • Deliver top-tier customer service throughout the candidate journey
  • Work closely with Account Managers to understand hiring needs
  • Maintain strong activity levels and meet weekly productivity goals
  • Build relationships and manage candidate pipelines

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Communications, Sales, etc.)
  • OR 1+ year in a fast-paced sales or customer-facing role
  • Strong communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly
  • Highly motivated, organized, and driven by results
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Prior recruiting experience is a plus but not required
