Technical Recruiter (Entry-Level) – Bellevue, WA (Hybrid)
Protingent is hiring an entry-level Technical Recruiter to join our team! No recruiting experience needed — we’ll train you. We’re looking for someone highly motivated, energetic, and ready to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Source, screen, and engage Engineering & IT candidates
- Deliver top-tier customer service throughout the candidate journey
- Work closely with Account Managers to understand hiring needs
- Maintain strong activity levels and meet weekly productivity goals
- Build relationships and manage candidate pipelines
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Communications, Sales, etc.)
- OR 1+ year in a fast-paced sales or customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly
- Highly motivated, organized, and driven by results
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior recruiting experience is a plus but not required
