Material Handler

Location: Tucson, AZ

Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay Rate: $18.95/hour

Duration: Long‑term contract (up to 3 years)

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Material Handler to support production and logistics operations. This role is responsible for managing material movement, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to production areas. The ideal candidate is safety‑focused, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the movement, storage, and handling of materials throughout the facility
• Ensure accurate inventory tracking, documentation, and recordkeeping
• Deliver materials to production teams to support daily operations
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including loading, unloading, and verification of materials
• Support general warehouse and logistics functions as needed

Required Qualifications

• 0–5 years of experience in a warehouse, material handling, or logistics environment
• Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of material handling and inventory best practices
