in Hopkinton, MA.

Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Hopkinton, MA

Shift: Full-time, Onsite

• One position: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• One position: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Pay: $18 - 20.56/hr.

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks including checking incoming freight, picking and packing outgoing materials, and processing paperwork for domestic and international shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and process inbound materials from vendors and internal shipping points.
• Pull, pack, and prepare finished goods for shipment.
• Process domestic and international shipping paperwork accurately.
• Assist with Cycle Count and Area Count processes.
• Collaborate with Inventory Control personnel to label and store incoming materials.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in material handling or warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 60 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (4+ hours).
• Capable of moving crates, operating a pallet jack, and frequently bending.
• Ability to walk up and down stairs as needed.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent lifting, bending, and standing.
• Comfortable operating warehouse equipment.
