This Position reports to:
Production Supervisor
Job Description: - Production & Quality: Work as part of a team to efficiently produce high-quality motors and subassemblies per diagrams and instructions. Operate hand and air tools, torque wrenches, gauges, and hoists while ensuring defect-free work and adherence to production goals.
- Safety & Operations: Maintain a safe, clean workspace; follow all safety procedures; report hazards; and use required PPE. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (use hoist for heavier parts), stand for long periods, and work overtime or any shift as needed.
- Skills & Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; basic computer skills; ability to read and follow written instructions; forklift operation (license required); adaptable, detail-oriented, and team-focused with strong communication skills.
- Experience & Reliability: Stable work history or relevant vocational/technical training preferred; previous motor assembly experience a plus. Must pass background and drug screening and have reliable transportation and work authorization in the U.S.
Education and Experience Needed: - HS Diploma or equivalent required.
- 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
- Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
- Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
