We’re looking for a Full-Time Parts Manager to lead our parts department with organization, dependability, and top-notch customer service. If you’re passionate about Harley-Davidson motorcycles and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the parts department, including inventory management and ordering.
• Provide excellent customer service to retail and service customers.
• Maintain accurate records of parts sales, returns, and special orders.
• Work closely with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate parts delivery.
• Manage and train parts staff to meet performance and service goals.
• Develop relationships with customers and vendors to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proven dependability and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a motorcycle or automotive parts department preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Valid Driver’s License (Motorcycle License preferred).
