Job Description

Description + Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner + Register patient information accurately in the system + Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations as needed + Schedule and reschedule appointments + Collect co-pays, deductibles, and other fees + Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries + Maintain confidentiality of patient records in compliance with HIPAA + Coordinate with clinical staff to support patient needs and scheduling Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salem, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
