We are currently looking for ' Patient Admissions Specialist ' to support one of our clients with the following skills:

Job Title:

Patient Admissions Specialist (Remote with Monthly Onsite Collaboration)

Location :

Malvern, PA

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, with shift hours between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM

Schedule confirmed upon hire; potential future Saturday rotation available

About the Role:

Join our team as a Patient Admissions Specialist and play a crucial role in connecting patients with vital healthcare services. In this position, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers and patients, coordinating care placements through our contact center. You'll combine compassionate patient support with efficient administrative skills to ensure seamless access to treatment.

This role offers an excellent remote work opportunity with minimal in-office requirements. After initial onboarding, you'll work from home with just one scheduled team collaboration day per month at our Malvern office.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming placement requests through multiple channels (phone, email, fax)

Coordinate patient care placements by communicating with healthcare facilities and case managers

Maintain accurate patient information and documentation in our systems

Provide exceptional, empathetic service to patients and healthcare partners

Meet performance standards for quality, accuracy, and responsiveness

Participate in monthly in-office team days for collaboration and professional development

Adhere strictly to healthcare privacy regulations and company policies

What You Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum 6 months experience in customer service, healthcare administration, or contact center roles

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Empathetic approach when working with patients and families

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Must be located within commuting distance to Malvern, PA for initial onboarding and monthly team days

The national base pay range below is a good-faith estimate of what our client may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Client's assessment of the candidates knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity. $40,000 - $50,000
