Job Description:
The Phlebotomist III – Float represents the company to patients and is responsible for performing accurate, safe blood draws and preparing specimens for laboratory testing. This role provides coverage across multiple locations and settings, including patient service centers, doctor’s offices, mobile services, and long-term care facilities.
The position requires strong patient interaction skills, leadership ability, and attention to confidentiality and accuracy. Responsibilities include leading on-site staff when needed, supporting onboarding and training, and collaborating with internal teams to support high-volume or complex practices. The role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
