We're Hiring: Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Locations: Clifton & Pequannock, NJ

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000 per year (dependent on work ethic, skillset, ambitions)

Expected Hours: 20 – 40 per week

Forward Motion Physical Therapy is a PT-owned orthopedic outpatient practice committed to providing exceptional care and achieving meaningful patient outcomes. We are looking for a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Valid NJ Physical Therapy or PTA license (required)
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques (joint mobilizations, soft tissue techniques, neural glides, manipulations) required
• Ability to perform comprehensive physical evaluations
• Ability to develop and implement active care programs aligned with patient goals
