Swing-Shift Warehouse Picker / Order Puller – $20.00 per hour

Are you a reliable, detail-oriented individual with warehouse experience? A well-established box manufacturing facility in Aurora, CO is looking for a Swing-Shift Picker/Order Puller to join a busy distribution team.This role is essential to ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals who are reliable, hard-working, and physically capable of handling labor-intensive tasks. This position is ideal for someone looking for steady work with long-term potential.

Location: Aurora, CO

Schedule: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM (or until finish)

Pay rate: $20 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and stage customer orders from inventory.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Inspect orders for accuracy and quality before shipping.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed.
• Report any damaged or missing products to supervisors.
• Follow all safety policies and company procedures.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Skilled in operating forklifts (sit-down) and pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow directions.
