LaSalle Network is excited to bring on a Prior Authorization Representative for one of our top specialty pharmacy partners in Elk Grove Village, IL. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone looking to grow in the healthcare field and hybrid work flexibility after 2–3 weeks of onsite training (equipment included).
You’ll join a passionate team working to remove barriers between patients and their medications. You’ll collaborate with providers and insurers to ensure that prescriptions are authorized and accessible—fast.
Compensation: $19-21/hourPrior Authorization Representative Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Benefits Verification team to review and process prescriptions
Reach out to physician offices for updated scripts and clinical documentation
Initiate prior authorizations via CoverMyMeds and follow up as needed
Review insurance requirements and ensure all documentation is compliant
Keep all requests moving forward—quickly and accurately
Help patients get their meds on time by managing re-authorizations and audit submissions
Prior Authorization Representative Requirements:
Familiarity with prior authorization processes and tools
Highly organized with great follow-through
Strong communicator—written and verbal
Able to work onsite in Elk Grove Village for training
Available full-time M–F, 8a-5p or 9a-6 pm. for the duration of the contract
