Procurement & Vendor Management Support (Contract-to-Hire)

About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Procurement & Vendor Management Support professional to help keep purchasing, renewals, and vendor relationships running smoothly in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys working with vendors, and has hands-on experience managing high volumes of purchases and invoices.

This is a 100% onsite role in Azusa, CA with the opportunity to convert to full-time after 6 months.

Compensation & Work Authorization

• Contract rate up to $29.66/hour (based on experience)
• Contract-to-hire with conversion salary aligned to contract rate
• Onsite only (no remote or hybrid)
• Permanent U.S. work authorization required (no visa sponsorship)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage IT purchasing requests including hardware, software, and supplies
• Track and process vendor renewals to prevent service interruptions
• Handle invoices, purchase orders, and expense reporting
• Negotiate with vendors to secure pricing, discounts, and credits
• Reconcile monthly credit card expenses
• Maintain software and asset tracking using ITSM or similar systems
• Support EMR access administration (user setup, tracking, documentation for hospital systems)

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or vendor management ( required )
• Proven experience with invoices, renewals, reconciliations, and vendor negotiations
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing high-volume purchasing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Windows (SnagIt a plus)
• Ability to work onsite in Azusa, CA in a fast-paced environment
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Professional, mission-driven, and trusted with confidential information

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience in healthcare, EMR systems, IT procurement, or IT asset management
• Familiarity with ITSM or asset tracking tools
