Join Our Team as an IN-HOME ELA/Reading Tutor University Area Location! Are you a dedicated educator passionate about helping students succeed? Tutor Doctor is seeking a skilled tutor in Reading to provide personalized, in-home instruction to local students. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact while enjoying flexible hours and competitive compensation. In need of a successful teacher of ELA to support a 5th grade student academically. This is IN-HOME and not a Virtual opportunity, please do not apply for this role if you are looking for virtual!!!. Position Details

Location: Charlotte, NC within 20 minutes of 28269 chosen location
Hours: 2 hours per week, with availability required. Flexible.
Compensation: $24- $27 per hour (contract position).

What We’re Looking For

Tutoring Experience: Background in teaching or tutoring students in ELA.
Education: Currently enrolled in college or hold a college degree.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage students and adapt to their learning styles.
Reliable Transportation: Ability to travel to students’ homes or public location.
Passion for Education: A commitment to helping students grow academically and build confidence.
Bonus: Specialized certifications are welcomed but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Pay: $24-$27 per hour based on experience and student needs.
