Title of Role : Senior Strategic Projects Lead

Location : San Francisco Bay Area (6 days/week - Saturday can be remote)

Company Stage of Funding : Series B at $2B

Office Type : On-site, Full-Time

Salary : $120,000 – $150,000 base + commission and equity (average total comp $500,000+)

What You Will Do:

As a Strategic Projects Lead , you’ll be at the center of executing high-value, high-complexity projects for the most advanced AI companies in the world. You will:

• Generate $10M+ in revenue through large-scale client project delivery.
• Source, vet, and manage hundreds of domain experts across disciplines such as software engineering, medicine, and law.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with AI researchers and technical leaders, anticipating client needs and identifying opportunities for project expansion.
• Partner with Ops, Engineering, and ML to optimize project delivery
• Manage teams of world-class domain experts across industries

Ideal Background:

• 1–4+ years of experience in consulting, finance, startups, or other high-performance, fast-paced environments.
• Analyst, Associate or Consultant at MBB, Top PE, IB firms preferred
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a hyper-growth environment.

Preferred:

• Experience in AI, technology, or research-focused organizations.
• Background in managing large-scale operations or multi-stakeholder projects.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary : $120,000–$150,000
• Average Total Comp : $500,000+ (base + commission + equity)
• Commission : Cash and equity bonuses (average $75K cash and $150K equity annually)
• Equity : Significant early-stage grant vested over 4 years
• Relocation Bonus : $20K (if moving to the Bay Area)
