Service Advisor Service Advisors play a crucial role in coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs at Headquarter Toyota in Hialeah, FL. Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with any inquiries they may have.
• Perform a thorough vehicle walk-around and accurately document customer concerns to help the Technician diagnose and service the vehicle effectively.
• Consult with customers on applicable service specials to provide the best options for their vehicle needs.
• Prioritize necessary services and be ready to offer alternatives if requested by the customer.
• Keep customers informed about completion times, service expenses, and any potential changes that may arise.
• Stay engaged in delivering vehicles to customers upon completion to ensure all concerns are addressed satisfactorily.
• Provide exceptional concierge support for all customer inquiries, whether by phone or in person, ensuring a positive service experience.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their overall satisfaction.
• Have a deep understanding of the product to answer detailed questions about the customer's vehicle.

Requirements:

• Adhere to the company's dress code policy
• Must work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and selling skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills required
• Proficiency in computer skills needed
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record are a must
• Flexibility with schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
