We’re urgently looking for an **experienced Short-Term Rental / Airbnb Manager** to join our team **ASAP**. This is a **full-time, permanent work-from-home role** supporting Airbnb, VRBO, and direct bookings.
**💰 Pay:** $6–$8 USD/hour (based on experience)
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage Airbnb, VRBO, and direct-booking inboxes
* Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally
* Coordinate bookings, calendars, and pricing
* Send check-in/check-out instructions and house rules
* Handle guest issues, maintenance requests, and reviews
* Coordinate cleanings and turnovers
* Track occupancy and submit weekly summaries
* Keep listings and digital guidebooks up to date
**Requirements:**
* **Proven Airbnb or short-term rental management experience (REQUIRED)**
* Strong written English and communication skills
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Able to work independently and follow systems
