Location: Asheville & Charlotte, North Carolina

Type: Part-Time / Contract

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager with a sharp eye for storytelling, creative direction, and on-camera confidence to join our team. This role is ideal for someone based near Asheville or Charlotte, NC , who can travel between both areas when needed.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for capturing photo and video content for one of our restaurant clients, based on creative briefs provided by our team. You’ll collaborate closely with our agency to bring ideas to life and ensure the content aligns with brand strategy and goals.

What You’ll Do

• Visit the client location weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly to film and photograph content.
• Execute creative briefs with attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Be comfortable both behind and in front of the camera when needed- we're looking for extroverts!
• Collaborate with our agency team for feedback and creative direction.
• Deliver high-quality footage ready for editing and social distribution.
• Assist with client work

What We’re Looking For

• A great eye for aesthetics, composition, and storytelling.
• Confidence and personality on camera.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow creative direction.
• Experience in shooting vertical social media content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.).
• Access to reliable transportation to travel between Asheville and Charlotte.
