Part-Time Supervising Nurse (RN) We are seeking a dedicated part-time Supervising Nurse to join our pediatric home healthcare team. The ideal candidate is an experienced Registered Nurse with strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills who is comfortable conducting home visits and ensuring high-quality client care. IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE THE PRE-SCREEN SURVEY YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION Key Responsibilities * Develop, implement, and oversee client service plans in coordination with care staff. * Conduct initial in-home assessments and ongoing evaluations of client needs. * Communicate regularly with clients, families, physicians, and staff regarding progress and concerns. * Perform evaluations of LPNs, PCAs, and CNAs through direct observation. * Complete supervisory visits in response to service-related concerns. * Review and approve treatment plans for accuracy and compliance. * Maintain compliance by supervising staff certifications/licenses, sending PPOTs to physicians, and ensuring timely submissions for client renewals and initial applications.
