In our 103rd year, the Mitchell Auto Group operates seven locations in Hartford, Windsor, Canton and Simsbury Connecticut and is in need of an additional member for our growing business Excellent opportunity for one result driven individual that excels at customer service looking to represent one of the hottest 'Modern Luxury' brands in the automotive industry. We recruit talented people who are willing to go the extra mile for our customers and who enjoy working in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

• Manage the parts inventory levels closely for auto repair and sales needs without delay based on projected demand and matching cost targets
• Leverage the inventory control systems to record and track auto part sales and auto repair work
• Track records for auto parts warranties
• Hire and supervise the automotive parts department employees
• Assist with promotions, as needed, to increase parts sales
• Order parts that meet the cost and quality standards of the automotive parts department, dealership, and vehicle manufacturers
• Employ strong negotiation and communication skills to secure the most competitive price for replacement parts that can yield a profitable ROI when used for repairs or retail sales
