Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer to join the IT Administrative Applications Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team. The role involves designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining advanced RPA solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in BluePrism, Microsoft Power Automate, and Azure, with the ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues and work in an Agile (Kanban/Scrum) environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using BluePrism, Power Automate, and Azure.
Build and troubleshoot automation bots to streamline business processes.
Perform solution design, process automation, and infrastructure management.
Validate and troubleshoot responses, API integrations, and system connections.
Utilize knowledge of DOM, HTML, JavaScript, and protocols in automation design.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support automation initiatives.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and contribute to continuous improvement.
Support code reviews, documentation, and solution architecture discussions.
Minimum Requirements
8 years of hands-on RPA development experience.
4+ years of experience specifically with BluePrism .
8 years of experience with web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, DOM, and protocol .
8 years of experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases .
8 years of experience with RESTful web services .
Preferred Qualifications
4 years of experience with API development.
4 years of experience in process discovery, requirements gathering, and solution architecture.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python .
3 years of experience with Azure infrastructure and related troubleshooting.
3 years of experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
1 year of experience with Power Automate development.
BluePrism Certification (Preferred).
Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification (Preferred).
